The focus of this shoot is to showcase the different modalities Nate uses to regulate his nervous system. Coming from a past of heavy consumption of things, finding breath-work, yoga, and cold water exposure - it’s been life changing.
He approaches fitness and wellness from the perspective of re leasing tension and connecting to earth’s elements. Meaning more hiking, cold plunging, yoga, stretching and less weightlifting like traditional fitness.
